This week I had Jessica Cox on the podcast. She is the published author of e.a.t cookbook, passionate foodie and qualified practicing Nutritionist with a Bachelor Health Science (Nutrition) and over a decade of clinical experience. Jessica is the founder and business owner of the successful JCN Clinic based in Brisbane, Australia.
Since beginning my journey a few years ago now, I have messaged Jess numerous times via social media with questions and concerns and she has been such a kind soul answering them all. This in turn has been partially through the Body By Finch program, which she is the recipe developer for the app, as she has imparted her wisdom on a number of Facebook Live’s.
